Sometimes we need the support of a professional in order to process life`s changing circumstances and come to terms with the message that comes with the challenge as to be able to move on and experience joy and purpose in life again.

Often, time is perceived as passing faster and faster and we experience that we can no longer keep up, being overwhelmed by life's happenings.

Our needs fall by the wayside and we increasingly lose connection with ourselves.

Ongoing mental stress can trigger anxieties, feelings of stagnation and might last but not least result in depression.

Empathetic listening is my strength and my main tool.

I implement effective psychotherapy methods and encourage you to adopt new insights and practice new and fresh approaches towards yourself and your environment.

In our sessions we will release suppressed feelings, discuss and transform self-limiting beliefs and strengthen your resilience.

We will work on self-awareness and customised to you behavioural techniques.

You will learn, that the future is in your own hands.

I will guide and encourage you to manifest your very own life decisions.

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change. People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, "Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner." I don't try to control a sunset.

Carl Rogers

Ever since, I knew I needed to communicate, connect and work with people. As a teenager, I had a huge interest in philosophy, psychology and spirituality which later on led me to study psychological science at the University of Hamburg, Germany where I was trained in the humanistic client centred therapy, psychoanalysis and behavioural therapy.

Since my graduation as a licensed Psychotherapist in 1995, I have been working with people of many different cultures, from serious mental health problems to day to day life concerns to practical problem solving.

My work and dedication is deeply rooted in the person-centred Therapy, where highly attentive and empathic listening is required.

In the course of my  work experience, I have as well incorporated other valuable and helpful therapeutical methods, such as Assertiveness

Counselling, Psychological First Aid after traumatic events and Positive Psychiatry. I am using practical tools to strengthen your resilience and, being a hypersensitive Person myself, intuition plays a significant role in my sessions.

I am a proud mother and a lover of music, fine arts, food and nature.
